Greetings

Bit of a newbie to the ways of broadband but hopefully some kind person
will offer some advice. I have recently bought a BT Broadband package
with wireless hub. I don't wish to connect wirelessly but instead wish
to connect 2 computers to the internet using cables. Do i use USB
cables or Ethernet cables?

Many thanks for any info.

Ethernet is by FAR the best way(assuming you've got network cards in each
PC)

I agree with the other posters that you should use the two ethernet ports.
I would also suggest that, if you are not going to use the wireless
facility, you turn it off, as I have, in the hub configuration pages.

yep .... and also you do not need to bother loading ANY BT supplied
software. That's the real advantage of ethernet over USB connectivity.
