WinXP - Printer over wireless connection?

I have a problem whenever I reboot my router that a new IP address is
assigned via the DHCP setup I'm using. While my Mac can easily find the
network printer with a new IP address, my Win Laptop cannot unless I set up
a new printer and find the current IP address and add it. Is there a better
way in Win to keep the printer identified by its name? I have the printer's
name correct in the id fields, but it doesn't seem to help when the IP
address changes.

Thanks
jeff
