WinXP and Win98SE Network File Sharing

I just installed a D-link router and connected it to a
WinXP computer in my home. I then installed a DLink
wireless card in my Win98SE computer. I can access the
internet from both computers; however, I can't seem to get
the computers to see one another's hard drives on the
Network Neighborhood. I have run the network setup wizard
on the XP and enabled all the file sharing features on the
98SE as directed on the Microsoft website. I gave them
both the same group name as directed. What am I missing?
Is it not possible for XP and 98SE computers to share
files? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Did you actual; create shares on both computers ??

Is the firewall enabled on XP ??
