I keep getting an odd WINS entry from a new dell notebook XPSP3 I just
setup. It registers via dhcp and gets a dynamic IP, but in the WINS table,
everytime it reboots(the notebook) it registers an extra record configserver
type 1CH domain controller. What would cause this ? I dont see anything
obvious and Im 99% sure there is no malware as it had endpoint security
loaded 1st.

any ideas??
