WINS Server Statistics

Primary WINS server does not show any statistic activity. The secondary WINS
server shows all the statistical activity. Is the secondary WINS doing all
the work of the primary?
Each server is replicating in a Push/Pull partnership w/ success. How can I
verify if the primary WINS server is performing the name resolution and
registering system name or the secondary WINS server?
