WINS Replication after HOTFIX 830352

After I installed this HOTFIX.. All my replication partners disappear from
the HUB WINS server. I add them, hit f5 to refresh and they are all gone. I
add them again, close wins, go back in and they are all gone.. No partners..
Has anyone seen this? It started right after I installed the WINS HOTFIX.
