Hi, i just noted something a few days ago, that wins.exe is taking a lot of
CPU on 2003 R2 box, which also is a DC.

In the \Windows\System32\wins\ folder, wins is making a new log file in 1024
KB size almost every second! Checking the statistics, I see that I get about
1000 conflicting registrations every second. But looking at the event viewer,
there is nothing indication of whats wrong.

Anyone having a clue where I can start looking? Probably there is some hosts
in the network with wrong configurations, but how to locate them?
