WINS error (after upgrading from 2000 to 2003)

When opening the WINS Console.
My server status is "responding"
but when I try to open the server.. I get the following
error:

"Either a required impersonation level was not provided,
or the provided impersonation level is invalid"

This started happening right after I upgraded from 2000 to
2003 Server.

Please help.

Hi Ryan,

Check to see if the local security settings have "impersonate a client
after authentication" set for administrators and SERVICE accounts.
(IIS_WPG if IIS is installed will be there as well).
