I have a system that requires dual Nic card to Isolate different subnets
completely.
There is no IPforwarding on these systems.

I have a situation where this customer is using wins on the second NIC
subnet that should be isolated from the other.

The first NIC subnet has a T1 router connecting to remote clents and when
the second nic is connected those clients response comes to its knees. I put
a sniffere between the client and remote router and see some IP addresses
that are on the 2nd NIC.

How can this be? And how can I fix it?

To prevent an interface appearing in WINS, disable Netbios over TCP/IP .
