Wins.dll and Network monitor

Has anyone gotten the WINS parser to work for Network Monitor on Server 2003?
I've copied the dll to the parser folder, added the port to the tcpip.ini,
and added it to the parser.ini, but it still doesn't show up as an option. I
would like it to work so that I can view/troubleshoot any WINS problems that
come up.

I've been having the same problems, has anyone ever come up with a solution
to this issue?
