WINS database from NT4.0 to Windows 2003

Hi,

I need to move WINS service from NT 4.0 server to new Windows 2003 server.
Can I just make a backup of WINS database in NT4.0 and restore it to Windows
2003 ?

What is in it that you need to move? If you just install and start up the
WINS server on the 2003 server it should build its own new database.
