WINS and Server 2003

Does anyone know about documentation dealing with WINS
forwarding across subnets, hubs, switches or routers in a
Windows 2003 server network environment?

What do you mean by "Wins forwarding"? Wins registrations and queries are
unicast and normally have no problem crossing routers. Are you asking
instead about NetBIOS forwarding?

Indirectly, Yes. Does such documentation exist about
NetBIOS forwarding in a Windows Server 2003 environment.
