WINS and 'impersonation level'

When I try to connect to one of my WINS servers, either locally or remotely,
It has a red X and says the following:

The Error was: Either a required impersonation level was not provided, or
the provided impersonation level is invalid.

The event viewer says that the WINS server started successfully, and doesn't
give any errors.

Ideas?
