Winpopup for Win98 to WinCE

Is there a Winpopup or equivalent for WinCE 2.11 for use on an 802.11b
network?
The WinCE is already on the network with two other Win98SE pc's.

No it doesn't exist and it is not possible to have one under WinCE
(winpopup techno is not enable on CE).

No, it is not the same thing. You can have a messenger for your local
network under CE but it will not be a WinPopup compatible.

CE system does not have an native NetBios(SMB) protocol support ( as we
use in our messenger LanTalk XP ), it can be implemented in the
software, but it's a very hard work and no reason for developers.
NetBios is one of available protocols. Lan messengers can use other
protocols or self made protocol ( as in our LanTalk NET ). Currenlty we
have no CE client , but maybe do this later. There almost no market for
such product for CE.
