To send a message, you should know your workgroup and computer name, which
can be changed in Control Panel>Network>Identification.
Recipient can be workgroup, computer or user name. If you send to computer
or user name, message length can be 1600 bytes or so. But to workgroup name,
its length is highly limited.
As I remember, it can't send to yourself. So if you want to try to test,
send a test message to another computer or your workgroup.
If you send a winpopup message to WinNT/2k/XP, Messegner service should be
started (Control Panel>Admin Tools>Services).
