explorer has caused an error (unknown). Explorer will
now close.

Ndetect has has caused an error (unknown)
Ndetect will now close

Wuauboot has caused an Error (unknown)
will now close.

In all messages suggests restarting computer - but same
thing comes up.

Looks like you may have some serious spyware, at the least!
Download AdAware from www.lavasoftusa.com, and run it to remove
spyware/adware

Update your virus scanner, and run a full system scan of all files.

See if that helps
