WINE Configuration with Fedora Core 2

I am a newbie so I am sorry if this is a stupid question, but I installed
WINE on my system and am trying to configure it correctly. I should
apparently find a file ~/.wine/config file but I don't see the file anywhere
on the system. I do see the .wine directory as a hidden file in the correct
directory, but there is no config file in there. Does anyone know how to
configure this?
