Bad idea, several ways around.
First, you can't run an NT service on a WindowsMe computer.
Second, exposing your computer to the Internet in this manner will allow any
passing hacker, cracker, or bad guy free access.
Third, you really need to get better instructions from your work system
administrators on how to connect remotely.
