Make sure that File and Printer Sharing is enabled on the main
computer.
Remove NetBEUI from both computers. Using more than one protocol can
make network browsing unreliable, and your network needs TCP/IP for
Internet access.
The problem is probably Norton Firewall. Un-install it while
troubleshooting. Un-installing it is safe, because your router acts
as a hardware firewall, protecting both computers from access by other
Internet users.
