Hello to all,

We run Windows Server 2003 and one of our staff is unable to log onto a
particular PC with Windows XP, but she can log on to other PCs. We need her
to log onto this particular PC.

The error she gets is 'The local policy of this system does not permit you
to logon interactively'.

Somewhere permissions have obviously been set either on the server or the
PC, and I believe they either need removing or adding.

Has anyone come across this error before.

Many thanks to all,
Jeff

review... start, run, gpedit.msc

local computer policy, computer config, windows settings, security settings,
local policies, user rights assignment, (log on locally and deny log on
locally)

Thanks Troy,

I'll try that.
