Windows XP Network - Connection Problems

I am having problems connecting a wireless desktop PC to my home network. I
have 2 desktops, 1 ethernet wired to the router (Motorola) and the other is
wireless. The wireless one, shows connection, but remains with a status of
"Acquiring Network Address". No IP address gets assigned to the wireless
desktop (it remains 0.0.0.0), and therefore it can not access anything on the
LAN. I have it setup to Obtain IP address automatically. I have also gone
through all the network setups several times. Network Authentication is
setup as WPA-PSK and data encryption is setup as TKIP, but everytime I
connect it gets changed to AES. The network key I have checked several times
to validate it is correct. Signal strength is excellent.
The other desktop connects to the router with no issues. However, no other
computer on the LAN can see this wireless desktop.

I need help desprately, please let me know something !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Will it connect if you disable WPA on both?
