Hi, I'm just got a new computer with Windows XP Media, when I try to install
the MSN software there's a compatability issue with Media. Does anyone one
know a fix for this? I tried loading it anyways even though it gave me a
warning and it did recognize my MN-510 adapter but when I try to authenticate
security key it won't recognize it. Do I need to get a new adapter or is
there some software I can download?

Tks

Other than the drivers off the CD, you don't need anything but Windows XP to
administer the device. The base station can be run through the IP address
in your browser (default is 192.168.2.1), and adapters can be administered
via your Network Connections properties for the LAN. The "incompatibility"
is between the software front end and XP SP2. There's information and a new
download here: http://support.microsoft.com/msbbn
