this file is actually caled Virtual Ip Expanded memory
File styled for a 386 processot . This file should be in a
cab on win98 disk. it's part of network profiles and or
setting you can make this file reinstall via
<windows start button >
< control panel >
<network>
in here all you need to do is kill all network
stuff .Cross finger and do a refresh with win 98 SE disk
in drive. or with which ever operating system you have
installed
