Windows update(WinXP) & proxy/iptables(2.6)

I have 2 computers.
One is Windows XP SP 2, second is Linux(eth0 - to first computer, ppp0 -
to Internet) with squid(default squid.conf).
How configure Windows and
Linux to do update? I searched google, but I didn't find anything. Thanks
