Windows Update Does not work

I upgraded from Windows 2000 Server to Windows Server 2003. I cannot use the windows update site. It says my time is off. Well it is not. I have even checked the BIOS to see if the discrepancy was there. Someone please help.

You can synch your time up with your dc using the net time command.

NET TIME
[\\computername | /DOMAIN[:domainname] | /RTSDOMAIN[:domainname]] [/SET]
[\\computername] /QUERYSNTP
[\\computername] /SETSNTP[:ntp server list]

Thank you for your suggestion Steven. The problem is not the time. It says so but thats not the problem. I am familiar with the NET TIME command and I actually used it to clear that up. For some reason it "says" the time is wrong, not in synch but that is not true. It is very well synched. I think it may have something to do with a the upgrade path. This machine was originally an NT 4.0 machine that was upgraded to Windows 2000 server and was subsiquently upgraded to Windows Server 2003. Can anyone else make anothe suggestion?
