Windows temp file

I attempted to install a D-Link wireless network card,
DLW650 into a laptop using 98SE, received error
message:can not locate C:\window\temp\isF230\0x0409.ini
file, where can I download this file from, can someone
send to me a copy of the file via an attachment to an e-
mail??

- Start a DOS prompt
- Type echo Temp=%temp%
- Make a note of the folder name to the right of the = symbol.
- Check if this folder exists.
- If it does not exist, create it.
- Re-install your network card.
