Windows Server 2008 Black Screen

Hi there, I installed Windows Server 2008 onto a 4 client network. I am
having problems with the server where after a few days, the clients are
unable to login to the domain and when going onto the server, the screen is
black and not responding though the server is still switched on. The only way
to fix this is to restart the server untill it happens again. Is there anyway
to resolve this?

Is it afte ctrl+alt+del, then have a look here:

Do you have any errors in the event viewer? Which Remote desktop version
do you use, or how do the users connect?
