Make sure you don't assign default gateway to both NICs. In other words, you only need default gateway in the NIC connecting to the Internet.

Hi All,
I am currently just learning about windows 2003 as I have had to set a test
server up for me to interface with Active Directory.
The server has two network card in it. One is connected to the local
network which has internet access and the other one is connected to a test
network which has no internet access.
My problem is that when I am on the server I wish to browse the internet but
I cant get it to work. If I disable the test network adapter then it works
fine. I'm assuming its something to do with needing to route all internet
traffic to the correct network card.
I have tried googling for this with no avail. I searched for server 2003
dual network cards/ internet access etc but nothing seems to be relevant.
Could anyone point me in the right direction please?
Thanks in advance
Jamie
