Windows Server 2003 stops responding

We have a Win 2003 server running one of our website. Some times we lost this
server communication in every way(remote desktop, doesn't respond ping,
website down) and we have to restart the switch interfaces to have the
server's services running again. We suspected it was the Cisco switch, but
all other interfaces are running well. Do I have to make a fresh install of
Server 2003 or there is other reason for this behavior?

Hello blackboy,

Did you check the event viewer for errors when it happens? Do you use the
latest NIC drivers from the server NIC? Maybe you have to set the switchport
to fixed speed and duplex settings?
