Windows Server 2003 R2 Wireless

After upgrading 2 different servers to R2, niether server will attach to the
wireless network until they are logged onto locally, and since these are the
only servers I have upgraded to R2 and they both have the same problem (with
different brand wireless cards) I have to assume this is a problem with R2.

Can someone help me fix this?
