Windows server 2003 health status

hello everyone!!!!!!!!

I have three power edge 2850(DELL) server's with microsoft windows server
2003 os installed.

Now i would like to check all the server's health status everyday so that i
can better know before any thing occurs to server.

I want to check processor utilisation,memory availibility,etc.
is there any way i can do that.
if you have any such existing reports or any documentation for this please
send me your suggestion how i can do that.

I would recomend MOM, but that´s my opinion. With MOM you get so much more
bang for the buck for immediate and future use.
