My Windows Server 2003 Disk is damaged. I tried the Evaluation copy and i
currently have that on my server. Now i cannot add clients onto my DC. It
says ' the server cannot process this request or something '. Is this to lock
down the Eval or is this a problem somewhere. My Clients are Windows XP SP2
and they both will not work (Wired and Wireless Clients). Another question
is, is it legal to use another Server 2003 Standard (My VLK is for that
software) CD with my VLK?

Also, i have the I386 folder backed up of Server 2003 onto a HDD, i just
need the other files such as the boot data. Is this possible if using another
CD is illegal? (i.e download from internet somehow)

Thanks

Stephen

Call MS and see if they will replace the damaged media.

I don't know anything about the UK. Find a number for one of the local
offices first,...they should be able to direct you from there,...maybe they
might even be able to take care of you directly, I don't know.
