I am looking for a utility that will scan a file servers shared
folders (F and produce a report that shows who has access to each
folder and/or files.. Any suggestions? Windows or 3rd party.

Windows 2003 Server

Check out SysInternals.com for some cool free toys, like this one:

Thanks. I really like the AccessEnum program. I'm not sure if it is
detailed enough for what I need because you can not simply select a
user id and show what files/folders this user has authority. I mostly
use groups for folder authority but I can manually find out what
groups a user has authority to and match it up with this report but
it's not computer generated like some auditors like to see. For free
it's great!
