Windows Will not connect (or show) Wifis without BSID

I have a security issue, I do not allow my wireless to show the BSID, but I
want to use Zero Config for my wireless settings. Zero Config should show
wireless stations with no BSID being broadcasted.
Is there something I'm missing?

Most Wireless would not work well without SSID.

In addition, switching Off SSID is Not really adding security,
