When I enable Windows NLB on a server (03 R2), the server becomes very
sluggish. The website performance is fine, but on the server anything takes
1-5 minutes to do (start wait 2 mins, run --> wait 2 mins etc....)

Any ideas? As soon as I disable NLB it speeds up.

You might want to consider posting this in
microsoft.public.windows.server.clustering
