windows network problem

here is the message i get when restarting

windows networking

your network adapter SOHOware 10/100 PCI network
adapter (0003) is not working properly.you may need
to set it up again.for more info see the network
troubleshooter in windows help.

any help would be appreciated...stsroger
ps dell support is telling me to wipe out
everything and reload windows
