I have always used Winamp / SHOUTcast to stream music over the net so that
others can listen to it. Not just music, but my own time of web talk show.

I would now like to do this with windows media service. I have installed
and even can setup a nice play list, but the problem is this. How can I use
my Winamp as a source, so that I may just control the content in real time?
Like if someone was to request a song I would just play it w/o stopping the
server and redoing the play lists.

Perhaps windows media service can do this, then again I would need some
documentation on how to do this so if you guys and gals can help that would
be great.

Also I would like to know if there is a way to lower the bandwidth.

It seems that I am stream out to my test users at 128KB/s and I would to
lower that to about 16 per users.
