Windows ME bypasses Network Logon prompt...

Using a NT domain, computers using Windows ME bypass the
login prompt, and automatically load Windows. The login
prompt shows up after Windows is loaded.

I need to disable the automatic login, so that the
computers will get the login prompt before Windows is
fully loaded...
