We are running Windows 2000 AD and DCs and want to install the Admin Pack on
our XP workstations. However, we want to install the Windows Server 2003
Admin Pack. Anyone know if that would be a problem? I thought I read
somewhere that you shouldn't run 2003 Admin Pack on a 2000 DC. Or is it the
other way around? Anyone got any white papers? Thanks for any help.

W2k3 Admin Tools Pack runs only on Win XP with q329357, Win XP SP1 and W2k3
only. It can administer any Win 200x domain once installed.

Otherwise, install only Win 2000 Admin Pack on Win 2000 to avoid potential
problems.
