I have windows 98 machine need to use VPN connect to our
network, is anyone know where to download the file from
microsoft, I can not find it, where is the name of the
file, thanks for all the help

My windows 98 at home is using DSL line, the file I
download from the link you gave me is dial up, am I right?
please advise.

Yes, it's a Dial Up Networking (DUN) upgrade but it also includes
additional functionality for connecting to a VPN over a LAN connection
(as opposed to direct dialup)
