When pc has been off then powered up it will not logon to
server until it sits for about 5 min. Msg appears: "the
domain password is not correct or access to logon server
has been denied". After the few min. wait the pc logs on,
maps the drives and is ready to go. Subsequent warm boots
always allow normal logon. Problem is only when pc has
been powered down
PCs configured w/IPX & TCP. Gateway # installed. Tried
DNS w/no change. (These PCs had been on Novell4. The
Novell clients have been removed.)
Has anybody encountered this?
Thanks

Uninstall IPX/SPX. The clients still use this protocol as default/preferred
after Netware server was decomissioned.
