Im trying to access a share on my windows 2003 server with
a Windows 98 machine ( not Second edtion) when i click on
the computer (the windows 2003 server) in network
neighborhood it pops up a logon screen that reads "You
must supply a password for this connection" then under
that is Resource: \\server\IPC$ under that is a box for
the password. Resource cannot be changed and is not in a
box it just reads Resource: \\server\IPC$ in text. Is thre
anyway i can get around this or does Windows server 2003
not support windows 98 or does windows 98 just not logon
to a NT machine...Please HELP!!!

Thank you
Bronson

The Windows 2003 Server needs to have a user with the same name (and
password, if one is used) that you log onto your Windows 98 PC with.
