I have loaded a program that executes on boot and runs
netstat, ping, arp, route and ipconfig. I can't remember
the name of the program or how to turn it off. Thank for
any help

Click START, then RUN, then type in MSCONFIG, hit OK, then click the
STARTUP tab. Scan down the list of programs. Do you see anything that
refreshes your memory?
