Windows 98 netbui tcp/ip bug

When i encountered this bug i would either be able to view the network
or use the internet i couldent do both
i had netbui and tcp/ip both installed they diden't get along

i simply undo all tcp/ip bindings and say ok then its asks if you want
to specify a binding because you have none i say no and go to network
neighborhood properties and say ok to close it. it then asked me to
restart i said ok and when it booted back up all bindings were to
netbui and none to tcp/ip allowing me to view the comps on my network
and also use the internet

its a known win 98 bug it's just a simple protocol conflict.
