windows 98 cannot logon to 2003 Domain

I had 2000 domain. All 9x machines were fine.

I have now upgraded the domain to 2003. Now, few 98
machines cannot logon at all.

I am getting "access denied ..." error all the times. I
have tried 2000 DSCLIENT but it doesnot work. I need the
2003 DSCLIENT but cannot find it on the web.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
