I have a domain with 2 Windows 2008 Domain Controllers. All machines (50)
have a Network description set up. When I browse the network only the machine
names show up but no network descriptions. We do have a policy that requires
this descriptions to be visible. Any help is greatly apreciated...

When you browse the network, click View | Details.

This has already been done. What is supposed to be under comments comes up
empty.

Whe you wrote "have a Network description set up", did you mean a Computer
description under My Computer | Properties | Computer name ?

Yes, for some reason it is not showing when browsing the network. It just
comes up empty.
