Windows 2003 to Windows 2003 IPSec between PIX with NAT

My Scenario: Forest 1 sitting behind a PIX using NAT that needs to Trust
Forest 2 sitting behind a PIX using NAT. Domain Controllers in both networks
are 2003. I would like to use IPSEC between both Forests DCs. Has anyone done
this?
