Two nics in a machine that didn't have two nics to start with implies a
Topology change. Has you network topology been redesigned to accomidate
this?
VPN only works from one side. It takes a "caller" from one subnet on one
side and makes them part of the subnet on the other side with a IP# to go
with it. It cannot by design work both ways. so it sounds like you
configured the VPN in RRAS "backwards" so it takes users from the private
side of the network and makes them part of the external network.
That's my "guess" anyway. There are so many details and variations that can
go into this there isn't anything I can do with only a short "3 sentence"
description of the situation. Before you even get to RRAS issues you have
to deal with Topology issues, Routing issues, Private vs Public addressing
issues, NAT issues, on-and-on.
