Windows 2003 Servers can not see any computer on the netowrk via "Entire
Network\Microsoft Windows Network". Computers can ping and explore to each
other.

Can see computers in Active Directory and DNS

Is it a member of the domain or is this a workgroup environment?

This has "firewall issue" written all over it. Do the other computers have
the ICF enabled. That can cause this problem.

"Network Browsing", which is what you are asking about, is Netbios
dependent. It requires "Netbios over TCP/IP" to be enabled on the LAN
Interface (nic). It also should have the Computer Browser Service running.
It is also best to have the Workstation Service and the Server Service to be
running. Then after that, you still won't be able to see Shares or create
them unless File and Print Sharing is enabled on the LAN Interface (nic).
