is related to SP1.

Has anyone experienced this unusual issue?
Firewall has been activated on my Windows 2003 SP1 Standard edition server.
(1 Nic) Any time I attempt to ftp from the windows 2003 server
to another FTP server it fails half way through any large file transfer.
(25meg or greater). I have created
the exceptions list just for kicks and it still fails. When I disable the
firewall all transfers are successful??
Any ideas?
It's an outgoing connection why would Windows Firewall care?
Thanks in advance...
Karson
